Welcome to Shakespeare
Planning for Life. That's our tagline and our mission.
It's about planning our clients' entire life, and their families' best life, through smart comprehensive financial advice.
We're the financial quarterback for family matters like cash flow, debt management, retirement, paying for college, charitable intentions, taxes, investments, inheritance and more. We handle the details so that our clients can get on living their lives.
Since financial advice can be tainted by sales commissions, we operate under a fiduciary and a fee-only model to keep advice pure.
Our clients know that we keep their best interests first.
If you'd like us to start Planning for Your Life , please contact us. We'd love to hear from you.

His scientific training was a natural fit when analyzing the complexity of a family's finances. He operated his own investment and insurance practice in Madison until he and his wife Becca had their first child and moved back to the Oconomowoc area. Prior to joining Shakespeare, he also worked under the broker/dealer business model and gained valuable experience writing financial plans for high net worth families. His areas of expertise include tax, estate, insurance, and retirement planning and his comments have been featured in Yahoo! News, U.S. News and World Report, and Research Magazine.
Mark and his wife Becca live near Oconomowoc with their daughter Emma. During the winter, they downhill ski and skate on the neighborhood pond. During the summer, they spend much of their free time on the local lakes water skiing. Mark is actually good at water skiing and has even traveled to China to compete against the Chinese national team.
