As Client Service Administrator, Olivia is the friendly face of Shakespeare Wealth Management. She is dedicated to creating a comfortable, welcoming environment while supporting the team behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. She strives to create a positive experience from the moment clients walk through the door.
With a background in Human Resources and Financial Services, Olivia has developed a passion for building meaningful relationships and helping others. She enjoys connecting with new people and believes every interaction, no matter how big or small, is an opportunity to make a positive impact.
Olivia lives in West Bend and enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their Labrador Retriever, Wilson. Outside of the office, you can find her spending time outdoors, relaxing at the beach, camping, hiking or catching a baseball game.
